HOW TO USE

• Usage
  For use on wood decks, siding, fences, railings, steps and most exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, tile, stucco and composite decks.
• Prep
  Test in a small, inconspicuous area before applying to entire surface. Remove all deck furniture and decorative items Do not allow product to come into contact with metal and painted or finished surfaces, as it may cause spotting or discoloration. PROTECT SHRUBS: Wet down with water and cover with plastic. Hose off shrubs when job is done. Cover delicate vegetation to prevent damage. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. YOUR CLEAN WOOD WILL NEED PROTECTION FROM WATER DAMAGE AFTER CLEANING. Wait 2-3 days, depending on weather conditions, for the wood to dry thoroughly before applying an oil-based waterproofer or stain.
• Application
  APPLY LIBERALLY to problem surfaces using a brush or pump sprayer. Do not apply to hot surfaces. If the surface is too hot to touch, mist the surface with water before applying cleaner. To avoid nonuniform appearances on vertical surfaces, start at the bottom, doing a small section at a time and continue to the top, being sure to rinse thoroughly. LET SET 5-10 MINUTES. Cleaning action will start within minutes. Stubborn areas may require scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush. If surface begins to dry too quickly, lightly mist with water. RINSE surface thoroughly before staining. Use a garden hose with nozzle at maximum pressure or a high-pressure power washer. Scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush while rinsing may be needed. Repeat procedure if necessary.
