HOW TO USE

UsageFor use on properly prepared interior and exterior concrete or masonry floors such as driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, living spaces, basements and other concrete surfaces.

PrepFor use over bare concrete and masonry surfaces only. Newly poured concrete must be cured at least 30 days. Newly installed pavers should weather a minimum of 60 days; excess joint sand should be swept off the surface prior to application. All concrete must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, paint, sealers, etc. A high-pressure water wash is recommended. To spot clean, use Valspar® Fast Prep® Ready-to-Use Solution, following label instructions. Surface should have the feel of 120-grit sandpaper at minimum and readily absorb water.

ApplicationUse a roller or low-pressure, garden-type sprayer. While the first coat is still wet (typically between 5-10 minutes), apply a second coat to maximize protection. Allow 5-10 minutes for final penetration,then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off all excess that did not soak into the surface. Do not pond or puddle this product.
